Steve brings more than 40 years of insurance and reinsurance experience in Bermuda. He has formed and managed single and multi-owner captives, segregated cell companies, and agency captives across multiple jurisdictions.
His background spans captive management, insurance company operations, run-off administration, and the commutation of insurance liabilities.
Between them, Steve Pearce and Jayde Albertze bring over 50 years of Bermuda insurance experience — decades of captive formation and management, and deep BMA regulatory and audit expertise.

Jayde is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of professional experience — built almost entirely inside the Bermuda market.
Before joining A&O, Jayde spent nearly a decade at KPMG, leading audits of BMA-licensed insurance managers, reinsurers, captives, ILS vehicles, and listed catastrophe bonds.
