Steve brings more than three decades of insurance and reinsurance experience in Bermuda.
His career has included the formation and management of captives, Segregated Accounts Companies (SACs), insurance and reinsurance entities across multiple jurisdictions.
His experience spans insurance management, company operations, run-off administration and the commutation of insurance liabilities.

Jayde Albertze, a Chartered Accountant CA(SA) and Bermuda CPA, brings more than 14 years of professional experience since starting his career in 2012 with KPMG.
Before joining A&O, he spent 3 years leading Accelerate Consulting, where he advised Bermuda insurers, reinsurers and insurance managers on governance, regulatory compliance, financial reporting and operational matters. Prior to this he spent almost a decade at KPMG, which included leading audit and advisory engagements for insurance managers, reinsurers, captives, ILS vehicles and listed catastrophe bonds.
His experience provides a unique perspective across assurance, regulation, advisory and insurance management.
Senior Consultant

Gail Fox has worked as an independent consultant since 2005 and is a non-executive director for companies in Bermuda. In addition, she has a part-time role for Cranham Management Limited, where she has been responsible for a portfolio of captive insurance and reinsurance companies, including a segregated cell insurer.
She previously worked at Aon Insurance Managers (Bermuda) Ltd for 9 years as Managing Director / Executive Vice President, where she was responsible for the overall financial and qualitative performance of the captive management operation and client service for a portfolio of insurance subsidiaries of major North American entities.
Ms. Fox has an MBA from Queens University in Canada.
